Our Classic Barricade is manufactured with HDPE using a Structural Foam process for maximum rigidity and appearance.

Notable features of our Classic Barricade include:

• Plastic design greatly lowers risk of injury to motorists or construction workers who are struck by a barricade which was hit by an errant vehicle.
• Rigid two-piece design which does not sag or collapse in the heat of the sun as do roto-cast or blow-molded barricades.
• Standard light mounting bracket for mounting a warning light.
• Standard locking arms prevent the barricade from folding up due to the wind from nature or high-speed traffic.
• Optional Spreader-Bar allows ballasting with a sand bag placed on the ground which helps lower the risk of damage to errant vehicles.
• Optional molded-in legend on the lower panel of Type-I barricades. The legend may be text or a logo. There is also a one-time set-up charge for this option.
• Optional name hot-stamped onto the barricade leg helps to identify the barricade.
• Our products are environmentally friendly. To assist in preserving our environment, we will purchase your used barricade parts back from you and recycle them into new barricade products. Contact our office for shipping information.

There are two configurations for the reflective sheeting. With reflective sheeting on the upper panels only, the barricade is known as a Type-I barricade. With reflective sheeting on both the upper and lower panels the barricade is known as a Type-II barricade.

Sheeting Types:

There are three distinct types of reflective sheeting.

• Engineering Grade is the most economical reflective sheeting and is suitable for most applications.
• High-Intensity is the mid grade offering better reflectivity.
• Diamond-Grade This 3M sheeting is the highest quality sheeting available offering the highest reflectivity available.
